Step 1: Choose a Program
The first step is to select which sport you are interested in registering for and to then set up a day and time for a free assessment using our online scheduling form.
Step 2: Get an Evaluation
Our initial free assessment will be a way for us to get to know a little about you, your goals, what you’re looking to achieve and to introduce you to cognitive training. We will assess you using a variety of exercises and drills to establish a baseline to grow from.
Step 3: Start Your Membership
You then have the option to select a membership package that aligns with your schedule and best fits your goals.
We will train you once or twice a week depending on your goals and lifestyle. We will manage and adjust your training program to make sure you’re always improving.
Step 4: Measure Results
We will review your results every quarter to assess your progress to ensure we are headed in the right direction and further optimise your program design to put you back on track for your new goals to guarantee optimal results for you over the long term.
